These Terms of Purchase apply to all purchases made through Owl Eye Photography (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”), including photography services, digital guides, educational materials, prints, and related offerings.
By making a purchase, you (“Purchaser”) agree to the following terms.

Scope of Products & Services
Products and services may include, but are not limited to:

Photography sessions and retainers

Digital guides and downloadable resources

Prints, albums, and artwork

Educational or informational materials

Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically.
Digital products are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated clearly at the time of purchase.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license.
You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or reproduce digital products.
​
Unauthorized use may result in revoked access and legal action.
Photography Services
​
Photography services, retainers, session fees, and deliverables are governed by individual client contracts.
Those contracts outline:

Payment schedules

Cancellation and rescheduling policies

Delivery timelines

Usage and licensing terms

In the event of conflict, the signed client contract takes precedence.

Payments & Chargebacks
By completing a purchase, you authorize Owl Eye Photography to charge the selected payment method.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting us may result in:

Revoked access to products or services

Collection of additional fees associated with the dispute

Legal action where fraudulent activity is suspected

Non-Purchased Bonuses
Any complimentary access (such as bonus materials, invitations, or temporary content) has no cash value and may be modified or removed at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property
All content remains the intellectual property of Owl Eye Photography and is protected under Canadian copyright law.

No ownership is transferred through purchase.

No Guarantees.
​
All products and services are provided “as is.”
We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or experiences, as these vary based on individual circumstances.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Owl Eye Photography shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Any claim shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Purchaser.
​
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Alberta, without regard to conflict of law principles.
